What is Necromancer?

Necromancer adds 15% stamina and cuts ability cooldowns by 15%. Raise Dead is a 10% chance a slain enemy fights for you, up to 5. Spirit Communion heals allies within 15 studs for 10% of their max health when you collect a spirit.
